Frequently Asked Questions

Can we watch you play at another event ?
If it is a private event I cannot accommodate this request. However you're most welcome to come and watch any public sets that our DJs play.
15
What if I ask for a song on the night and you don’t have it?
We like to get any music required prior to your event to avoid this, however if we have access to mobile data like 3G or 4G phone reception we can normally download any song requests as long as we are able to source the file.
16
Can I give you a playlist prior to your event and when is it due?
Yes you can – you can send in a list or a Spotify playlist approx. 4 weeks out from your event and we prefer to receive this at least 2 weeks from your event.
17
Can you play longer if required on the night of my event ?
Yes in most instances we can, providing it is fine with the venue and any other parties involved. An overtime rate will apply in this instance.
18
Do you require food or any meals ?
No we don't, but we do ask if we are playing for a duration of 6 hours or more hours that food is available or provided. We don’t need a seat at a table and can eat while keeping an eye on the music from our DJ area.

What time do you set up equipment ?
For most events it would be at least 30-60mins prior to the booked starting time. We can arrange an early set up if required.
20
What happens if you're sick/ isolating or can no longer make the event?
(Touch wood!) This has never happened before but in the unlikely event that we can’t make it for any unforeseen circumstances, we will organise for a replacement DJ of adequate service and experience to cover for us. We have a number of other DJs we can call upon if the need is ever required. If this is not possible a full refund will be provided.
